Watercolor Painting the Night Sky at ArtWaves

In this workshop, students will be given the opportunity to learn and experiment with watercolor painting. Students will learn to use resist methods, splatter techniques, wet on wet, and other fun techniques to create texture and life in their paintings. Think galactic skies sprinkled with the sparkle of stars and constellations! Students will be encouraged to play with what is often a very structured paint, yet is extremely versatile and loose when it comes to creating wild and abstract skies. All materials included.
